Honey Honduras Limited Roast Coffee

This is a truly unique offering from the hard working producers of Pacayal, our partners in Honduras. Honey processed coffee gives all of the sweet complexity of a natural processed coffee with the cleanliness and balance of a washed coffee. This coffee does not disappoint - bursting with flavour and impressively smooth! The taste experience of this coffee is a true delight.

In the cup we find powerful notes of sweet apple and juicy white grape. The body presents with soft caramel & molasses with a sweet Ceylon cinnamon note with the finish.

This coffee performs very well as a filtered brew where it shows its fruity complexity with gusto.

As a French press or less-filtered brew, the sugary weight of the honey process is hefty and satisfyingly balance with the sweetness. It’s a versatile coffee that has continued to surprise and delight us. We know you’ll love it just as much as we do.
