Compensation:       $44,000-48,000

Level Ground is a coffee roaster and importer established in 1997 with a focus of ethically sourced coffee. We work with coffee producers to bring our customers the absolute best coffee within reach. We meet coffee producers and coffee drinkers where they are and connect them through the science and art of roasting.

Job Overview

This position will play an integral role in the following ways:

  • Administrative support for sales team
  • Incoming phone support back-up
  • Order entry through web download, email, fax, and phone
  • Providing input and participating in sales team meetings
  • Collaborating with other teams to meet customer needs
  • Back-up for store visits, events, and infrequent demos



    • Business administration and sales experience preferred 
    • Valid BC driver’s license and safe driving record
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proven participatory work style; ability to work independently and with a team
    • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Passion for positive change in developing countries
    • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to be flexible
    • Capacity to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
    • Awareness of social and environmental sustainability
    • Ability to analyze efforts and prioritize those that provide the biggest impact long-term
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
    • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Web-based applications
    • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
