Hours:                  37.5 hours/week (8:30 – 4:30, M-F)

Compensation:     Salary + Quarterly Team Commission

Job Overview

This position will play an integral role in the following ways:

  • Administrative support for sales team
  • Incoming phone support back-up
  • Order entry through web download, email, fax, and phone 
  • Providing input and participating in sales team meetings
  • Collaborating with other teams to meet customer needs
  • Special projects as needed



  • Post-secondary education in business administration and preferred
  • Administrative experience preferred  


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven participatory work style; ability to work independently and with a team


  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Passion for positive change in developing countries
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment

We love coffee! Staff have access to delicious beverages from our Tasting Room prepared by our awesome Baristas. Everyone on the team also gets to choose a package of coffee, tea, dried fruit or cane sugar to enjoy at home weekly.
