Level Ground Trading's coffees are my favourite coffees. Here are some of my reasons.
Organic! All LGT's coffees are organically grown and also certified organic. Coffees that are not certified organic are generally high in pesticides. So being organically grown is important to me when it comes to coffee, especially. (Same for tea and chocolate.)

- I think of the people at Level Ground Trading as Level headed, down-to-earth Grounded, fairly Trading people. = )
I've come to find I prefer my coffee "light roasted." "Bright Roast" craft blend from Level Ground Trading is my favourite "light roasted" coffee. I find the flavour clean, bright, pure, and pleasure! Of all coffees anywhere, Level Ground Trading's "Bright Roast" is my favourite.
Some people have iron stomachs. Light roasted coffee can be enjoyed by even people with more sensitive guts.
I also prefer "Bright Roast" for the flavour. Regardless which method I use to make my coffee, I pour my coffee through a filter. (I like Chemex.)
Worthwhile advantages of adding the filtering step include: it makes coffee easier on sensitive guts, optimizes the smoothness, flavour, and pleasure of my brew, and means no jitteriness! So I'm able to enjoy more cups of coffee! = )
Level Ground Trading's "Bright Roast" is such a satisfying pleasure to wake up to that this year I've made morning coffee a new habit in my life. In the process, I have experienced a bunch of health benefits (not to mention have read scientific studies of even more health benefits). I even find myself more faithful to my aim of hitting the hay sufficiently early in the evening, because Level Ground's "Bright Roast" is that compelling -- I look forward in the evening to savouring my "Bright Roast" in the morning. I rise earlier now, wanting to take the time to do justice to the preparation of such enjoyable and healthy coffee beans.
Level Ground Trading's delivery service was a breeze, the package was placed where I requested, and (without requesting expedited delivery) it arrived the morning after LGT received my order. The enclosed invoice was clear too. I definitely intend to use Level Ground Trading's online shopping and delivery service again.
No more needing to waste time, transportation costs, and energy shopping around from store to store looking for availability of Level Ground Trading coffees. Also, no more running out! Now that I've tried LGT's online shopping & delivery, I intend to stick with that approach instead.

This coffee is a bright harvest, bright roast, and bright product from hard working growers and principled, forward thinking, friendly people. The workers of such an admirable small business as this one, including its partnering, small-scale growers, definitely deserve people's patronage. The quality of products like their "Bright Roast" craft blend coffee makes patronizing them all a privilege and pleasure. Through these over-challenging pandemic times, "Bright Roast" with gratitude has been a perk worth rising early for. I can imagine then there's no pandemic . . . for a few blissful minutes.
