Recipe by Purely Being (Noora & Lucy)
- 1/2 mug Winter Coffee, prepared as you like
- 1/2 mug milk (or milk alternative) of your choice
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1-2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Cane Sugar, to taste
- handful of mini marshmallows**
Blend together everything, except the coffee, and heat to just off the boil. Using your perfectly balanced Winter Coffee, make a strong 1/2 mug's worth of coffee. Add the choco-milky mixture to your coffee. Sprinkle with marshmallows.
Slurp, and enjoy!
