French Mocha - A real dark roast!

I live in Ottawa and pretty well all the coffee roasters here have dialed down what used to be their dark roast. The trend is to pair the taste with foods. Saw a small bag of this at local Farm Boy and thought I would see if it was a "real" dark roast. And it truly was! Great taste, no bitterness. No need for "pairing" with foods!
