Amazing tasting notes

I usually go for dark roasted beans but I'm really glad I tried the Peru coffee. I am very picky on the tasting notes of coffee, but I am a fan of the chocolate after taste. I'm definitely going to recommend this to my family.

Being a working coffee professional for over a decade, I can say with confidence that this is a great roast for a daily drinker or table /serving roast. Not too acidic, not too bitter, very well rounded. I am biased towards south American beans & knowing this is a single origin makes it even better at the price point. Yes it's not the cheapest bag around but it is well worth what it is considering it's hard to find something at a local grocery store that checks all these boxes. If you like Brazilian, Colombian, Costa Rican, or even Honduran beans these will be familiar to you and maybe your next favorite if you haven't already tried.
