Very reliable and very observant

I keep switching up the beans every month and apparently forgot to check if it was whole beans vs ground coffee. They saw I had picked ground coffee 2x and emailed me to confirm if this was what I was wanting, given my history of ordering whole beans. The due diligence is above and beyond. Oh and damn good coffee.
