Roast level: dark 4/5
This delightful decaf is Swiss Water processed in Canada without chemicals. Look for hints of dried fruit, dark chocolate and baking spice. You won't miss the caffeine with the clean taste of this delicious dark coffee.
Why is there a moon on the package?
Just like the childhood classic - ‘goodnight moon’. The moon is commonly associated with decaf coffee. With this chemical-free decaf coffee, you can feel great about your choice and enjoy your coffee without worrying about late-night jitters and losing any sleep.
Certified Fairtrade, organic, and small batch roasted in Victoria, BC.
I’ve taken to decaf in the last year or two, sometimes a tiny spoonful
Of something else added. But I get jittery otherwise. Been buying your coffee and other items for years. Usually from
A store though not through ordering direct from you. I do
Look for sales 😂
A great flavoured medium roast. Cocoa, dark berries, great creamy on espresso. What’s not to love?
I almost never write reviews, but this is some decaf to rave about. I am super caffeine-sensitive but love coffee. Traditional decafs that use chemical processing make me feel sick (and dissatisfied - they taste pretty bad most of the time). When I found this at my local fair trade store, I thought I'd give it a go, and WOW, was I blown away! As other folks are saying, it really does not taste like decaf. It has the same rich, smooth quality of a full-caffeine, high-quality blend with absolutely zero jitters/nausea/headaches that normal coffee and even other decaf brands cause for me. I can drink this stuff at night and be fine. I am out preaching the Level Ground gospel these days. Way to go, fine folks! As an American, I can happily say leave it to our Northern cousins to figure out amazing coffee. ;)
Good de-caff beans, but not Expresso
