It’s a coffee that is fantastic in a drip brew, but a knock-out in a French press. Powerful enough to work on its own, but pairs well with cream and/or sugar if that’s your thing. After not being able to buy Kongo Dark roast from Costco anymore and because you don’t sell it to the public, I finally found a coffee I like in the Africa blend. It’s not sour or bitter. It’s just a coffee that tastes light even though it’s a dark roast. No burnt taste.
