I'm disappointed because the taste is different from what I expected.

The coffee extraction at the beginning and end of the shot was somewhat disappointing. There was a notably bitter, ashy taste that differed from what I had hoped for. Additionally, the roasting appeared inconsistent, with uneven coloring and some underdeveloped, yellow beans mixed in. I hope you'll pay closer attention to quality control in future batches.

Got this at Costco. Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised by how smooth it is. Very well balanced and has low acidity. You have a new customer here in Winnipeg! Keep ‘em coming.

Delicious Well Balanced

I tried many coffees and this is by far the most balanced and smooth coffee I tasted. No aciditiy and a nice smooth aftertaste.

I just wished they would sell this one at Costco.
