We’ve kept the roast profile on this coffee aligned with the delicate nature of this very special coffee. Many know that Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. We’ve worked with reverence to deliver the best of what the coffee and our fabulous roasting team has to offer. This coffee will work very well through a drip machine, it is also incredibly rewarding through a pour-over or other filter method that allows the sweetness to shine through.

The Ethiopia Single Origin Coffee from Level Ground in its medium roast is a good “all-rounder.” It makes a wonderfully balanced French Pressed cup, a complex and balanced pour-over, but I love it best as espresso. Plain, with its voluptous aroma wafting from the cup. With a hit of cream to bring out the cocoa flavour. Or as a latte or cafe au lait when the dark berry flavours emerge. Even a 5 lb. bag o’ beans doesn’t last long around our house.

Very happy this company exists, it is such a pure coffee that is so smooth and no bitter taste or acidic feeling in the stomach. I’ve searched high and low for the most pure organic coffee, from what ppl tell me is that Ethiopian coffee is the best and I could not agree more.
