Evening and weekend team members may be eligible for shift premiums or bonuses.
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour

About Us
Level Ground Coffee Roasters started in Victoria, BC in 1997 with a focus on fair trade sourcing. We import and roast coffee in our facility off Keating Cross Road on the beautiful Saanich Peninsula. We also have a beautiful café to offer locals an elevated coffee experience with our freshly roasted coffee.

Job Overview
The primary deliverables of the position are:
- Operating commercial coffee roasting equipment
- Operating packaging and labeling equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining roasting, packaging, and processing areas
- Preparing orders and supporting production workflows
- Completing other duties as required to support the Roastery team
Desired Assets
The ideal candidate would have the following skills, abilities, and experience:
- Valid Food Safe certificate (can be attained during employment)
- Basic computer skills
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lb
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, determination, and adaptability
- Reliable team player who enjoys smiling, listening, and contributing to a positive work environment
- Growth and learning mindset
- Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts is considered a strong asset
