We’re enchanted by this coffee from Honduras. The gentle sweetness and supple smoothness of its taste is unmatched by any other coffee on our menu. We’ve worked to keep the gentle brightness of this coffee in the cup while sweetening the natural sugars present in this mid-grown Arabica. The versatile nature of this coffee means that it pairs well with any meal or at any time of day. It’s delicious in a cold brew, full flavoured & powerful in a French press, and sweetly playful in the pour-over of your choice.

Great coffee

Somewhat average

This coffee doesn't stand out as anything distinctive or unique. It is mellow, and if you're not looking for any strong or rich flavours then this is the one for you. While it's not the worst I've had by a long shot, I will not be purchasing these beans again. In the interim, I will be mixing in some Western Family Sumatran single origin beans(surprisingly delicious, especially for a store brand) to liven up the flavour.

Made in a Chemex pourover this is my favourite coffee. Indeed it is mellow and smooth.

Pleasant but disappointing

The Honduras is an easy drinking pleasant coffee. However, I had high hopes as some reviews had said it was better than Peru. It wasn't for our tastes. We'll happily finish the 5 lb bag but won't buy it again. Our favorites coffees are East Africa, Peru and Andes.
