not full bodied enough for us

Great coffee overall but was hoping for something a bit darker

Trailhead is produces a really nice, balanced cup overall, but I was hoping for something just a little darker/roastier/earthier as a replacement for Tanzania. If you like a dark roast with some brighter notes and a bit of acidity, this bean is for you. As I say, it makes a really nice, well-rounded cup. (Note that my primary use for this bean is for Americanos and I'm far from a coffee connoisseur. I haven't tried it in drip form yet but will soon).
