LEVEL GROUND METHOD
Single Espresso Recipe: 7-9g finely ground coffee for 1-1.5oz
Double Espresso Recipe: 17-18g finely ground coffee for 2-2.5oz
Finely ground with a firm tamp. Optimum extraction time is 20-30 seconds.
Our Tasting Room espresso-based beverages:
Americano: Espresso on top of hot water.
Caffè Macchiato: Espresso with a small dollop of steamed milk
Cortado: Equal parts espresso mixed with steamed milk (milk is not frothy or textured)
Cappuccino: Equal parts steamed, textured milk and espresso
Latte: 2/3 steamed milk, 1/3 espresso
